I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard and supported exactly where you are. My approach to therapy is through a person-centered, relational, strengths-based lens. My top priority is to provide a warm, safe, and authentic environment for everyone.
My clinical approach to sessions is through implementing aspects of
evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness,
stress reduction, and play therapy. I strongly believe in the power of a
therapeutic alliance, and I look forward to working as a team to help
achieve any of your therapeutic goals.
