I strive to actively support my clients in their journey toward healing and growth. I am passionate about helping all people navigate their life’s challenges with compassion and clarity in a safe and supportive space. My commitment is to work together with my patients, and their support network, to formulate a treatment plan specifically tailored to each individual client’s needs. I strive to take a collaborative, holistic approach blending medication management with lifestyle strategies such as nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and practical coping tools.
I specialize in working with women through the complex emotional issues of pregnancy, infertility, and postpartum issues. I also have a special interest in treating all adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD and neurodivergence such as ADHD and autism spectrum disorders. I am dedicated to supporting parents raising neurodivergent children, drawing from both my clinical and real-world experience.
My time working with veterans at the VA Hospital continues to shape my understanding of trauma and PTSD that individuals are going through in their life. This experience gives me real perspective and deep respect for each person’s inner strength, resilience, and their personal story. My goal is to help patients restore, improve, and maintain their optimal health and wellness, so that they can reach their full potential.
