There is no doubt that therapeutic modalities are an integral part of the therapeutic process. However, likely even more important is the role the therapeutic relationship plays in learning how to live out your values and live your best “life worth living.”

Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey and being brave enough to share the deepest parts of your heart. I am here to provide a non-judgemental and supportive space where you feel safe to be your authentic self.

My therapeutic approach is interconnected to include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and a holistic approach to best learn how your physical and mental health can impact both your mind and your body.
