I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the Psychiatric Director of Operations for Sonder Behavioral Health and Wellness. I am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care while supporting both patients and providers in achieving meaningful, lasting outcomes.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management. My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, patient education, and a commitment to individualized care.

Experience:

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions and have developed experience caring for patients with varying levels of complexity. I believe that effective mental health care begins with understanding each person’s unique experiences, needs, and goals.
