My 28-year career has been dedicated to helping individuals and families find resilience and meaning in the face of life’s most stressful challenges—especially a cancer diagnosis. These experiences have taught me how to help people harness their strengths, reconnect with hope, and reclaim a sense of control over their lives and mental health.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based cognitive-behavioral therapies, enriched by clinical wisdom, flexibility, and a deep respect for each person’s journey. I believe therapy works best when it’s open, authentic, collaborative—and yes, sometimes even filled with laughter.
I specialize in supporting people navigating the emotional impact of physical illnesses such as cancer, cardiac disease, and chronic pain. I also work with individuals facing depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, unwanted life changes, and the complex interplay between mind and body. Together, we’ll chart a path toward healing and the life you want to live.
