Initiating the therapy process takes a lot of courage. It’s not easy taking an honest look at our lives and pressing into the difficult aspects, especially with a total stranger. But frankly, I believe that we all could benefit from therapy at various points in our lives. This is especially true when we’re faced with life’s transitions, hurts, traumas, stressors, and losses.

My therapeutic approach involves empathetically processing through where an individual finds themselves currently, and then, exploring patterns, past experiences, and family of origin dynamics that both may impact or contribute to their current situation. I have found this process to be healing, and equipped with new insights and tools, ultimately leads to an individual’s growth and empowerment towards the life they want.

I believe in the power of the therapeutic process and it’s an honor to come alongside an individual as they embark on that journey.
