What’s getting in the way of feeling like yourself? What have you already tried? What do you want to be different? We’ll start there.
I work with children, teens, and adults, with a particular interest in the years when things are still taking shape: middle school and high school, college, first jobs and career changes, early parenthood. Mostly that means depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and the stress that shows up alongside a big transition. Often it’s not one clean diagnosis. The usual coping just isn’t working anymore, and that’s a good enough reason to make an appointment.
I’m not going to hand you a prescription and wave goodbye. Medication is a genuinely useful tool and I use it carefully with real attention to the tradeoffs — but it’s one part of a plan we build together.
I see patients exclusively by telehealth, and I’ve come to prefer it. You get care at home, between classes, or on a lunch break. I get to meet your dog.
Hope to meet you!
