Iris Medini, MD

Iris Medini, MD

I believe that we have the capacity to heal when provided with the appropriate guidance and tools. My role is to listen, to understand, and to identify the therapeutic modalities that will guide you toward emotional wellbeing, and overall health.

My approach is collaborative in that I will work with you to develop an effective and manageable treatment plan. As a physician, I recognize that a healthy lifestyle is key to achieving optimal emotional, physical and cognitive health. Medication is one of many tools in the toolbox and we will discuss options as needed. I encourage healthy nutrition, physical activity, meditation and recommend therapy to many of my clients.
